Post is shipped at approximately 5pm, Monday - Friday.
There is no post shipped at weekends or Bank Holidays.
All standard post is usually sent via Royal Mail.
We also have a Courier service provided by BusinessPost for heavier items.
Post will be sent via the class of post requested by the customer at the time of sale.
If you require proof of postage, you should select 1st class recorded delivery. |
 | Report late or lost mail
We use Royal Mail for the bulk of our postal services. The Royal Mail deliver over 80 million items a day and they aim to handle all letters and parcels with the utmost care. Unfortunately, sometimes items can go astray. Our order system has full details of when an item was packed ready for shipment and each day we also record every item taken by Royal Mail in a seperate log book.
If you think your post is either late or has been lost, then you can report it by clicking the link below. Please note that Royal Mail will not treat an item of post as late or lost until it is at least 15 days past due. Please contact us, if you require any necessary details about our postal collection, eg. our Royal Mail Collection Point ID.

Once an item has been shipped by TD Games using 1st Class post it's delivery becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail. 1st Class Mail is not a guaranteed service. Unfortunately, sometimes items can go astray. If you think your post is either late or has been lost, then we want to hear from you. However before you do you may want to check the Royal Mail's web site for information about Lost or Late Post.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail within 1 or 2 days of posting. However, if you still haven’t received your item after 15 days (from the date of posting) please contact us.
We cannot track your item unless you choose to use Royal Mail's Recodred 1st Class. However, if you think your item is lost, then please do contact us and we will do our best to provide as much detail as we can and raise a lost post claim. |

This is a standard postal service with signature and barcode scanning on delivery. This should be used when you want to be able to track your order and have proof of delivery.
If you think your item is either late or lost, then we want to hear from you. We will be able to provide you with your 13 digit reference number. You can use this to track and trace your parcel. You can trace your item from 2pm two working days after posting 1st class, or four working days after posting 2nd class. You can also contact Royal Mail on 08459 272100.

Footynuts.com sometimes offers items for sale before they are released. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way as you would order anything else. To find out the estimated delivery date, please look at the product description.
Important Information: If you place an order that contains both pre-order and available stock, your order will be split between available stock and pre-order items provided that the items in stock meet our minimum order value, remaining items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. |

Footynuts.com sometimes offers items for sale whilst awaiting more stock to be delivered. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way as you would order anything else. As soon as a Back-Ordered item is recieved from the distributors it will be dispatched.

Please note that if you have used the order form in the Shoot Out Starter Pack / Squad File or downloaded an order form from the Magic Box Intl website to order your remaining 20 cards, you will have ordered directly from MAGIC BOX INTL and not TD Games / FootyNuts. These order forms do not come to TD Games or FootyNuts, all our Shoot Out orders are via the web and/or telephone and will have a 14 digit order reference number and we have no limit on the number of cards you can order. We know from other customer enquiries that Magic Box are taking 4 - 6 weeks to complete their orders, ours are usually shipped within 1 - 3 working days.
